Socialite Amber Ray has taken her ongoing feud with digital creator Oga Obinna to a new level by leaking alleged private chats between them, exposing what she describes as deeply disrespectful behavior.

Posting the screenshots to her Instagram stories, Amber revealed conversations from 2022 in which Obinna allegedly tried to link her up with one of his male friends who had shown interest in her after seeing her photo in his WhatsApp status. The chats appeared to show Obinna praising Amber’s looks while simultaneously attempting to “hook her up,” a move she found contradictory and offensive.

Amber accompanied the screenshots with a strong message, criticizing what she described as a toxic mindset.

“Let me just say this… These chats between me and Obinna speak volumes. They expose a mindset where a man can try to pimp you out in one breath, then tell you how good you look together in the next. It’s not just confusing…it’s deeply disrespectful,” she wrote.

She went on to call out the societal tendency to vilify outspoken women, saying:

“It shows how some men truly look down on women—especially women who are confident, expressive, and unafraid to own their space. When a woman sets a boundary, she’s called difficult. When she says ‘no,’ it becomes a personal attack. And when she succeeds, suddenly they want a piece of what they never helped build.”

Amber also reflected on her role in the situation, admitting that she didn’t set clear enough boundaries early on.

“I partly blame myself. I gave too much grace in the name of being ‘cool,’ ‘understanding,’ or ‘one of the boys,’” she said. “But I’ve learned this the hard way…and maybe a little late. One thing I promise: my daughter will learn it early. She’ll know that kindness is not weakness. Boundaries are a form of self-respect.”
