Days after Juma Jux held a lavish wedding with Nigerian beauty Priscilla Ojo, his ex-lover and Tanzanian model Karen Bujulu has finally spoken out about their breakup.
After months of rumors and online gossip especially due to the hype surrounding her ex-lover’s wedding, Karen decided it was time to clear the air. Taking to social media, she shared her side of the story, letting fans know what really happened between her and the Bongo Flava star.
Karen denied claims that she had been unfaithful during their relationship. In fact, she revealed it was the other way around.
“I’ve kept quiet for so long while people spread lies about me,” Karen wrote. “I didn’t cheat. I was the one who got cheated on. I forgave, stayed too long, and finally walked away.”

She also made it clear that she’s moved on with her life and has no interest in getting back together.
“I don’t miss him,” she added.
Karen and Juma Jux first went public with their relationship in February 2023, often posting sweet moments together online.
But by early 2024, things had quietly come to an end. In an interview, Jux confirmed they broke up around January 2024, though he kept the details private.
And now, Jux is happily married to Priscilla, while Karen has also moved on.

Jux and Priscilla’s relationship has been making headlines since mid-2024, with their love story moving quickly from engagement to a series of colorful wedding events.
The new couple celebrated their white wedding in a dazzling ceremony held on Wednesday, May 28, at the Superdome in Masaki, Dar es Salaam.
The glamorous event marked the culmination of a cross-continental love story that has captured the imagination of fans from Lagos to Dar, blending star power, culture, and music.
The bride, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, walked down the aisle in a show-stopping gown by Nigerian designer Mazelle Bridal.
Jux on his part complemented her in a custom white tuxedo by T.I Nathan, another Nigerian designer.
The Tanzanian white wedding came after a traditional Tanzanian wedding that took place in February 2025 and a traditional Yoruba ceremony held in Lagos in April 2025.
