The judge presiding over Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal trial has threatened to ban the disgraced music mogul from the courtroom for his ‘unacceptable behaviour’.
Judge Arun Subramanian had to stop court proceedings to call out the music mogul for nodding, smirking, and pulling faces at the jury during testimony.
The judge called it “absolutely unacceptable” and warned Diddy he could be booted from the courtroom if it happens again.
Diddy’s legal team promised it wouldn’t happen, but things didn’t get any calmer inside the courtroom.
Testimony continued from a woman using the name “Jane,” who dated Diddy from 2021 until his 2024 arrest.
Jane described the start of their romance as a whirlwind of fancy dinners and island getaways — but things took a dark turn.
She claimed Diddy pressured her into disturbing encounters called “hotel nights,” where he allegedly hired escorts and watched her with other men.
“I just really loved him and wanted to make him happy,” Jane said, adding she repeatedly said no, but felt trapped.
She also testified that Diddy paid her $10,000 a month for a home, but hinted it came with strings attached.
Drugs, she said, were also part of the scene from early on.
Meanwhile, Bryana Bongolan, a friend of Diddy’s ex Cassie Ventura, faced intense cross-examination from the defense.
Bongolan recently accused Diddy of threatening her on a balcony and assaulting her.
Diddy’s lawyers however pushed back, claiming she had changed her story and even showed evidence placing Diddy in New Jersey when some of the alleged events supposedly happened in New York.
