Popular Nakuru TikToker Milly wa Doc has passed away while receiving treatment at a hospital in Nakuru. Her family confirmed the heartbreaking news, sharing details of her final days.
Milly’s aunt offered a moving account after several fellow TikTokers visited the family home. She revealed that Milly had been battling health complications caused by a stomach cyst, which led to her hospitalization and surgery.
After the initial operation, Milly suffered severe blood loss, prompting doctors to recommend removing the entire cyst to stop the bleeding.
Despite a second surgery and several urgent blood transfusions, Milly’s condition worsened. She spent three days in the ICU, and though she was later discharged, doctors discovered both her kidneys had failed. She was readmitted to the ICU and placed on medication while preparations for dialysis were made.
Tragically, Milly passed away during her first dialysis session.
Milly had built a strong online presence through her viral TikTok videos, often featuring her then-partner Zac, known as Daddy.
The duo, nicknamed ‘Mummy and Daddy’, became fan favorites for sharing their relationship moments — from cooking sessions to date nights and everyday couple banter.
In November 2024, Milly announced their breakup, citing interference from Zac’s ex-girlfriends as a contributing factor.
Later in April 2025, Milly married her new partner, Odeke, in a quiet civil ceremony. Although she shared photos from the wedding on TikTok, she respected her husband’s wishes to remain out of the public eye, keeping his face and personal life private.
The online community only came to know and see him when he was given a chance to speak by Milly’s family as they were having a family meeting after the popular TikToker’s death.
In one of her final posts, Milly touched hearts when she celebrated her firstborn son, sharing details about him that had remained unknown to many of her followers.
