Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein are now facing separate sexual assault accusations from the same woman, Crystal McKinney.
McKinney had already filed a lawsuit against Combs in May 2024, alleging he drugged and sexually assaulted her.
Now, in an amended complaint dated May 30, 2025, she has formally accused Weinstein of raping her and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room back in 2003.
According to the filing, McKinney claims she was contacted by a modeling agency executive who told her he’d arranged a business meeting with Weinstein at a popular lounge in Manhattan’s West Village.
McKinney brought along a fellow model and roommate, hoping both might land acting roles.
The women arrived at the venue and, after meeting Weinstein, were invited to his hotel suite for further discussions. McKinney alleges that once there, the film producer ordered multiple bottles of alcohol and pressured them into drinking heavily.
The complaint details how Weinstein allegedly groped McKinney, ripping her tank top and causing her to flee to the bathroom. Her friend soon joined her, but Weinstein allegedly barged in, demanded the women undress and bathe with him, and proceeded to expose himself.
Feeling trapped and fearful of retaliation, the women complied. The complaint further alleges that Weinstein directed them to perform sexual acts in the tub before dragging them to the bed and raping them.
He reportedly left the hotel room immediately after.

McKinney claims she was too intoxicated and terrified to resist and later informed Weinstein’s assistant of what had happened.
According to the complaint, instead of offering help, the assistant instructed McKinney to leave the hotel room right away.
The alleged assault, McKinney says, left her with long-term trauma, including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, body image issues, and feelings of shame.
Weinstein, now 73, was convicted in 2020 in New York for rape and sexual assault and sentenced to 23 years in prison.
However, his conviction was overturned in April 2024 after an appeals court ruled he was denied a fair trial. He remains incarcerated on Rikers Island due to his 2022 sex crime convictions in California, though he has pleaded for a retrial, citing serious health concerns.
Meanwhile, Combs is currently on trial facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
