Singer Cassie Ventura has reportedly been admitted to a labor and delivery unit at a New York City hospital as she prepares to welcome her third child with husband, Alex Fine.
The news comes just weeks after the 38-year-old completed a four-day testimony in the ongoing criminal trial against her former partner, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The Bad Boy Records founder is facing serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution — to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Ventura, who was 8½ months pregnant during her testimony, served as a key witness for the prosecution, making several explosive claims about her 11-year relationship with Combs.

Back in February, Cassie announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post featuring black-and-white family photos with Fine and their two daughters, Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 3.
In the caption, she simply wrote, “🤰🏽💙 #3.” The singer later revealed that this baby would be the couple’s first son, sharing a heartfelt birthday message to her husband in March.
“You’ve taken care of me and my heart like no other, you’re hands down the best girl dad and I’m SO excited to see you now become a father to OUR SON! 🤯.”
Meanwhile, in related court proceedings, former Diddy employee and longtime friend of Cassie, Capricorn Clark, took the stand this week to testify against the embattled music mogul.
Clark’s testimony painted a disturbing picture of life under Combs’ rule — including allegations of violent abuse, threats, and intimidation.
One of the most chilling incidents Clark described occurred in 2011 when she claimed Combs arrived at her home, armed and furious, and ordered her to accompany him to confront rapper Kid Cudi, whom Cassie had briefly dated.
According to Clark, Combs threatened to kill Cudi and forced her into a car, driven by a security guard named Rubin.
Kid Cudi, who has previously testified about a break-in at his home in December 2011, appears to confirm parts of this account. During the alleged incident, Clark said she contacted Cassie — who was with Cudi at the time — warning them to stay away from the house.
However, when Cassie and Cudi later arrived, Combs allegedly demanded they stay quiet and threatened their lives if they involved the police.
Clark also recalled a brutal assault that followed, describing how Combs kicked Cassie repeatedly until security intervened. She testified to years of working under fear, enduring threats, physical abuse, and even being subjected to days of lie detector tests.
Despite being fired multiple times between 2004 and 2018, Clark admitted to returning to work for Combs due to financial struggles and lack of other opportunities.
