Kenyan content creator Director Trevor has officially tied the knot with his girlfriend, Kiki Love Yvonne, in a private civil ceremony.
The couple shared the news on social media, posting photos from their wedding and expressing their joy. Kiki captioned one of the posts, “Life is so private no one knows I’m getting married today.”
Trevor confirmed the marriage, stating, “It is true we got married. We wanted it to be private from the beginning; we also did not want the kind of weddings that are so hyped. Because at the end of the day, whether you do a small or big wedding, it is still a marriage. We are happy that we are officially married.”
In a previous interview, Trevor expressed that his relationship with Kiki has been the most fulfilling, noting that in the seven months they’ve been together, he has received more love and support than in his previous five-year relationship.
He also mentioned that Kiki left her job to assist him with his work at Kenya Online Media.
Trevor’s past relationship with fellow content creator Mungai Eve ended in early 2024 after five years together.
Following their split, Trevor took control of their joint YouTube channel, rebranding it as Kenya Online Media, and removed Eve from associated social media accounts .
Eve responded by launching her own platform, Mungai Eve Media, aiming to continue her content creation independently.
The breakup was surrounded by public speculation and discussions about the challenges of mixing personal relationships with business partnerships. Both Trevor and Eve have since moved on to focus on their individual careers and personal lives.
