Konde Music Worldwide head honcho Harmonize has finally broken his silence about the heated drama surrounding one of his artists – Ibraah.
Taking to his Instagram, Harmonize cleared the air over claims that he was personally demanding a jaw-dropping one billion Tanzanian shillings from Ibraah for him to leave the label.
According to Harmonize, the whole thing has been blown out of proportion — and twisted.
“I have investigated my younger brother, Ibraah, and discovered that he has a very bad spirit. Guys, I have not asked Ibraah for a billion, but the contract he signed with the label states that if people want to buy him, with bigger goals than Konde Gang, maybe we can differ in terms of our income, they should pay Konde Gang one billion so that they can help other young people,” Harmonize stated.
He went on to accuse Ibraah of playing dirty by trying to turn fans against him, calling the singer selfish and greedy for misleading the public.
“I’m not going to say you have a black heart, and I am not going to publicize your evil, and that is why I am trying to evade the media and bloggers because I do not want to see you portrayed badly on social media.”
And since Ibraah took the issue public first, Harmonize sarcastically suggested that fans should now help him crowdfund the one billion.

Meanwhile, Ibraah isn’t exactly sitting quietly in the corner. The Nani hitmaker responded, denying any bad blood and insisting he has nothing but respect for Harmonize — though he dropped some loaded hints.
“What I believe is that your help in my life is great, you have helped me a lot, brother. I’ll continue to hide your other evil ways because I believe you still remain my brother,” Ibraah said, before adding a cheeky warning to Harmonize not to provoke him further.
The drama kicked off about a week ago when Ibraah publicly claimed Konde Gang was demanding the impossible from him to terminate his contract. The singer even launched a fundraising campaign — aiming to raise a staggering one billion shillings, an amount he says he’s never seen in his entire music career.
