The beloved administrator, known for his signature humor and strong rapport with residents, laid down his tools of office after serving for 18 remarkable years as Chief of Saboti Location.

Wechuli earned the nickname Misheveve after a clip of him hilariously narrating a domestic tragedy—involving a man who killed his mother during a dispute over vegetables—went viral. His light-hearted yet impactful delivery turned him into a household name, admired across the country.
