TikTok influencer Baba Talisha has opened up about his humble beginnings, recalling the struggles he faced before finding success.
In a heartfelt response to a viral question asking Kenyans to share their most broke moments, Baba Talisha reflected on his difficult past. He recounted his time as a student at Kenyatta University, when he often had to walk from campus to Githurai because he could not afford the KSh 20 fare.
“I remember days when I had no rent, no food, and I had to trek for long distances because I couldn’t afford transport. But now, I thank God,” he shared.
He emphasized the importance of patience, resilience, and hard work, noting that many young people desire a good life but must endure struggles before achieving success.
“We have to have a story to tell one day so people can believe in hard work and determination,” Baba Talisha added.
