Tanzanian singer Harmonize and his ex-girlfriend Frida Kajala had an unexpected reunion at a football tournament, where both showed up to support their favorite team.
The former couple found themselves seated next to each other before Harmonize stood up and embraced Kajala, sending the crowd into an excited frenzy. Cheers erupted from the stands, igniting fresh speculation about whether the two might rekindle their romance.
The interaction quickly became a hot topic online, with fans divided on what it meant. Some were thrilled to see the pair together again, while others felt the hug seemed forced, with Kajala appearing uncomfortable.
Kajala was the one who originally ended their relationship, and in a past radio interview, she shared her reasons for walking away.
“I don’t even know what to say. Maybe it was just routine. When someone gets too used to you, they start taking you for granted.”
She also hinted that Harmonize’s age might have played a role in their breakup. Harmonize was born on 15 March 1994, which makes him 31 years old.
On the other hand, Kajala was born in 1980 which would make her 45 years old this year.
“Honestly, I don’t blame him because he is younger. Maybe he needed space. We were always together—waking up, going to the gym, doing everything as a unit. Maybe he just needed time to do his own things.”
During their time together, Harmonize made grand romantic gestures, including buying Kajala an expensive car. However, after their split, the lavish gift became a point of public controversy.
Meanwhile, Kajala has hinted that she may have moved on. Rumors have swirled that a Kenyan politician, her mystery suitor, proposed to her just months after her breakup with Harmonize.
Before dating Kajala, Harmonize was married to Italian businesswoman Sarah Michelloti, but their marriage eventually ended in divorce.
