A senior manager at the Kenya Literature Bureau (KLB) is under investigation over allegations of harassment and impregnating multiple female staff members.
The manager, described by colleagues as “arrogant and abusive,” is accused of using his position to intimidate and exploit female employees. Reports indicate that one middle-aged woman resigned after rejecting his alleged sexual advances.
Sources claim that he has impregnated at least three women at the Bureau, with the most recent case resulting in childbirth just weeks ago. However, it remains unclear whether he provides support for the children.
Beyond the misconduct allegations, the manager is also accused of promoting tribalism within his department. Most of his staff members are reportedly from his ethnic community, with many allegedly unqualified for their positions.
