Former Tahidi High actor Dennis Mugo, popularly known as OJ, is still battling alcoholism despite previously undergoing rehabilitation.

The actor was recently spotted at a local drinking joint in Embu, consuming cheap liquor with friends. Reports indicate that OJ spends most of his time in various entertainment spots around Embu Town, indulging in alcohol.

OJ, who once held a lucrative job in the Embu County Government’s Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports, lost his position due to personal struggles. In a past interview on his YouTube channel, he opened up about how alcohol led him into depression after realizing he had squandered all the money he made during his acting career.

“I was 24 years when I touched my first million. I was young and stupid,” OJ admitted.

In 2022, the actor announced that he had quit alcohol after going through rehabilitation. However, he has since relapsed and appears to be struggling once again.
