It looks like Kenyan comedian Oga Obinna has been spring-cleaning his social media—deleting, unfollowing, and rebranding, all in the name of a fresh start.

But what exactly happened between him and content creator Dem wa Facebook (aka Millicent Ayuwa)? The two had such great chemistry that fans have been wondering what really happened?

Well, buckle up, because the tea is piping hot!

The Great Unfollowing: What Went Down?

Oga Obinna recently hit the unfollow button and wiped Dem wa Facebook’s content off his platforms, leaving fans scratching their heads.

The reason? According to Obinna, their professional relationship was getting a little too much public attention, leading to scrutiny, comparisons, and—brace yourself—potential drama in his personal life.

“She took a risk with me,” Obinna explained cryptically, suggesting that all the speculation and side-eyes from netizens were putting pressure on their dynamic.

Out With the Old, In With the New

Following his split from Dem wa Facebook, Obinna decided to revamp his show, introducing a new co-host—comedian Kartelo.

But it wasn’t just a simple swap. Oh no, Obinna made sure to erase all traces of his past collaborations with Dem wa Facebook.

“We wanted a level playing field so that people wouldn’t start comparing the two,” he clarified.

And just like that, all their previous videos vanished into the digital abyss.

However, Obinna insists there’s no bad blood—just a business decision to start fresh.

Fan Theories & Speculation Run Wild

Of course, the internet had thoughts.

Some fans believed Obinna deleted the old content to avoid any financial obligations to Dem wa Facebook, with whispers that she should still be earning from those videos.

But Obinna quickly shut that down.

“People started saying that since we are no longer working together but the content is still there, I should pay her for it, yet they don’t even know the nature of our agreement,” he said.

And then there’s the contract mystery.

Back in November, Obinna was spotted holding a document with both their names on it, sending fans into a frenzy, hoping for a reunion.

But despite all the speculation, no comeback was ever announced.

Birthday Snubs & The Final Nail in the Coffin?

If fans were still clinging to hope for a reconciliation, Obinna’s noticeable absence from Dem wa Facebook’s birthday celebration pretty much sealed the deal.

The streets started whispering about a potential fallout, but Obinna has remained tight-lipped about any personal rifts.

When asked if there was a chance for the duo to reunite, he played it safe:

“I am not promising that the show will return. Possibilities are limitless when God is involved.”

Translation? Don’t hold your breath.

Obinna is moving forward, Dem wa Facebook is doing her thing, and the internet is left wondering if we’ve truly seen the last of this duo. One thing’s for sure—entertainment industry friendships can be as unpredictable as Nairobi weather!
