Kenyan comedian and media personality Mulamwah (real name David Oyando) has penned a heartfelt message for the mother of his child on her birthday.
Mulamwah shared his appreciation for her on his social media, revealing how much she has meant to him since they met and thanking her for the support and love she has given him.
“Happy birthday, queen. You are the best thing to ever happen in my life; you brought me back to life. Nakupenda sana. Asante kwa kila kitu, for the boy too. Thanks for the support you always accord me. May God uplift you always and give you many more years of love, success, good health, and prosperity,” he wrote.
Ruth K, in turn, expressed her gratitude for the journey she has taken and acknowledged her husband Mulamwah and their child for always being there for her.
“Celebrating my first birthday as a mom is the greatest gift of all. Happy birthday, dear self. I am so proud of me and how God’s blessings and favor have always been upon me. There are many more years. Thanks, babe, for always being there for us,” Ruth K wrote on her page.
Mulamwah and Ruth K have previously stated that they publicize their relationship so as to inspire their followers.
“We share (our love life) because we know there are people who follow us, that we inspire, and are always looking forward to us,” said Ruth, a former teacher turned internet sensation.
The relationship between Mulamwah and Ruth K, who often fondly refer to each other as besties, became public shortly after Mulamwah’s highly publicized breakup with his baby mama, Carol Sonnie.
Following the end of his relationship with Carrol Sonnie, Mulamwah introduced Ruth K to his fans as a close friend aka ‘bestie’.
The comedian’s split from Sonnie occurred shortly after the birth of their daughter, Kayla.
In a previous interview, Mulamwah disclosed that the breakup was instigated by Sonnie, who desired a lifestyle that he could not afford to provide at the time.
Sonnie has also stated that she is a toxic baby mama, revealing that she had told their daughter that her father, Mulamwah, was dead after being hit by a train.
