It has now been revealed that socialite Manzi wa Kibera did not attend her husband’s burial on Wednesday, May 1.

A leaked video circulating online depicted a sparsely attended funeral ceremony at Langata Cemetery with Manzi wa Kibera conspicuously missing.

‘Mzae’, as the 67-year old was popularly known as, was laid to rest in a simple ceremony, as disclosed by Chali wa Kibera.

Charli wa Kibera also revealed that Manzi wa Kibera, also known as Wambo, did not attend the burial.

“I just want to inform you that Mzee Nzioki was buried today at Langata and there was no media presence because the family didn’t want media, walikuwa tu wanataka kupatia mzee a decent send-off without cameras,” Chali wa Kibera stated.

Even though I have some few videos and pictures but I just want to let you know that mzee was buried today in Langata with his family. And me or Manzi wa Kibera nobody was invited and I totally understand because maybe walidhani tukienda tunaeza enda na watu wa media,” he added.

The deceased, aged 67, passed away on April 21. His demise occurred shortly after Manzi wa Kibera had shared photos of the two lovebirds on social media.

At the time of his passing, Nzioki had been unwell, while Manzi wa Kibera had traveled to Mombasa. She received news of his death while at the coast.

Those who do not believe this news, should go to City Mortuary and see him. He is there and I am so heartbroken. His family has everything under control,” Manzi wa Kibera said confirming Nzioki’s death.

The last publicly shared image of Manzi and Nzuki was on December 30, 2023, where the two displayed their affection for each other. They had celebrated Christmas together, with Manzi expressing their enduring love, stating, “Love lives here โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’‹.”

The following day, Manzi humorously posted a collage featuring her old and new boyfriends, captioning it, “Your current is somebody’s ex ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜.”
