Guitar maestro and musician Fancy Fingers, formerly of the boy band Sauti Sol, has exciting news for his fans. The artist, whose real name is Polycarp Otieno, announced the inaugural solo concert for his latest project, “The Fancy Experience.”

Fancy Fingers took to Instagram on April 22, to unveil the revised date for the much-anticipated event.

The concert has been set for May 3rd with the venue has shifted to Nairobi Street Kitchen.

The decision to alter the date and venue comes as Nairobi grapples with heavy rains, leading to widespread flooding in various parts of the city. The initial location for the concert was set to be WaterFront Karen on April 27th.

“The Fancy Experience” promises an electrifying showcase, featuring performances from a lineup of talented artists, including members of Sol Generation such as Bensoul.

Notably, the concert comes after Fancy Fingers, also known for his prowess as a music producer, recently unveiled his third solo project titled “Love Language.”

The album is a testament to his appreciation for women and female artists, showcasing collaborations with a diverse array of talents from across Africa.

Notable collaborators include Karun and Lisa Oduor-Noah from Kenya, Simmy and Rapsy from South Africa, Moyo from Zimbabwe, Azawi from Uganda, Dunnie from Nigeria, and Bananas Overdose representing Somalian-Ethiopian talent.
